Cheryl MyersI had four trees removed, including a massive ~70-foot white pine right next to power lines, and this crew was outstanding. I found them through a friend’s referral and everything went exactly as hoped. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the pricing was very fair. This was a tricky job with trees close to the house, power lines, and the property line. They climbed everything, no cranes, and handled it with incredible precision. The whole team was clearly experienced and worked together seamlessly. It felt controlled and professional from start to finish. Nothing was damaged. They even temporarily removed part of a fence to access a tight spot and put it back perfectly. They were efficient, polite, and just got the job done without any hassle. Cleanup was excellent. They removed all debris, ground the stumps, hauled everything away, and even cleaned up the neighboring yard. The property looked great when they left. I’d procrastinated getting the work done, because I was convinced it would be too difficult to access, and I was also worried about the expense. Now I’m actually thankful for the tree that fell and forced my hand, because it lead me to GT Tree Company, and I couldn’t be happier that I found them! Gene and each member of his large crew were wonderful to work with. Everyone was pleasant, diligent, and extremely skilled. They worked quickly, yet safely. They were conscientious and made excellent use of the time they were at my home…and the clean up when they finished was top notch, and more than expected. Lastly, the “day rate” GT Tree Company offered, made removing six large trees, in a location where they couldn’t even use their large equipment, affordable for me. We wound up deciding to remove one large “garbage” tree and thinning out a black walnut. The job required access to our neighbor’s yards. He and Team accomplished clearing and beautifying of my 12 acres in 2 days, a feat that any other crew would’ve required a week to accomplish. As I was onsite during the project frequently, I also appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of his crew. The crew went above and beyond for us - our yard had several fallen over trees on and around the fence line (live on farm with large fence line) and significant brush growing into the fences that caused continuous need for monetary application with no end in sight. The GT crew from the start provided time bound commitments from the quote process to job completion and ended up having “extra hours” where they decided to cut back more brush I.e. more work for same price. They also, without asking, pulled up broken fence line and wrapped it around post to eliminate any potential safety risk for our family and animals! There is a traditional saying you get two of three when considering quality, cost and speed, I’d confidently say we broke that saying and got all three. Cost was great, speed was weeks ahead of other companies and quality of work, bar none.
